Returns Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and the customer service we provide. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or you would like a refund on a faulty item(s) please see the information below.
Exchanges

We are happy to offer our customers an exchange on a product if the item(s) are:
- In original purchase condition.
- All tags, stickers are intact.
- The items has not been worn or washed.
- The exchanged items are accompanied by original purchase receipt.
Please make your purchase carefully as we do not offer a refund on an incorrect choice.
All exchanges must be posted back within 14 days of original delivery date.
Domestic Exchange/Faulty Return Process

We offer free returns on all full priced items. If you would like to return or exchange a full priced or sale item please first contact our customer service department at shop@asuza.com.au and provide your order number and details of return. Please note we do not cover return shipping on sale items. In the instance of a full priced return we will organise a courier to collect the order. Sale returns will need to be sent via registered post at customers expense to:

International Exchange/Faulty Return Process

For International returns please first contact shop@asuza.com.au with your return details. Once confirmed you can then post the order via registered post (at customers expense) to the following address:

*If your return shows visible signs of wear or if the product is not in original condition with all tags, labels and stickers intact we will not process the return.
Refunds For Faulty Item(s)

If your returned item(s) is deemed faulty we will gladly refund your original purchase amount. Refunds can only be made to the credit card or Paypal account used in the original purchase.
Transaction Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please contact shop@asuza.com.au and provide the order number emailed to you at time of order placement and reason for cancellation. If your order was placed after 12pm on a business day please notify us via the link above before 12pm the following day.
