Shipping And Delivery Information Policy
We use Australia post for our domestic services and FEDX for international shipments. You will be required to sign for your order upon delivery with international orders. We recommend providing a secure daytime address such as your work place as we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries. Please provide your phone number when placing your order so that your order can reach you in a timely manner.
Domestic shipping within Australia:
Free shipping for all domestic orders.
International orders over will incur a $15AUD charge.
Please note - you may be required to pay further shipping charges in the instance of change of address or delivery time.
Shipping time - All orders placed before 11am are processed and shipped that day. Orders placed after 11am are shipped the next business day.
Peak Period Shipping Time
During sale activity and seasonal peak periods there may be a delay in order processing and shipment. During these periods please allow a further 3-5 days for shipments to metropolitan areas and 5-7 days for all other areas.
Please note shipping times are indicative only. Shipping can vary due to a number of factors. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Taxes And Duties
Please note for international shipments, customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs. Asuza will not be held responsible for any charges incurred nor can we provide an estimate of these costs. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
Ownership And Risk
Upon delivery at your specified address, ownership and risk of damage is transferred to the customer. If you are placing an order as a gift please use the name of the intended recipient in the shipping address form located at the checkout. We will not be held responsible for any undeliverable orders. In the instance that the intended recipient is unavailable it is up to the customer to organise re-delivery with the courier company direct.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact email@example.com and provide the order number emailed to you at time of order placement and reason for cancellation. If your order was placed after 11am on a business day please notify us via the link above before 11am the following day. We will be unable to process a cancellation of your order if we are not notified of your intention to cancel the order by 11am.
